Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need a referral?

In most cases, you do not need a referral to our office. Just call us at 541-205-5151 to schedule your new patient appointment. The exception to the rule is Oregon Health Plan/Cascade Health Alliance.

Do you accept Oregon Health Plan/Cascade Health Alliance?

Yes, we do! With a referral from your primary physician, we are able to accept Oregon Health Plan/Cascade Health Alliance.

What if I don't have insurance?

We offer options for affordable care for our cash paying patients. This includes our cash discount program, ChiroHealth.

What's that popping sound?

The popping sound that you hear during an adjustment is simply gas being released from the joint. It is the same thing that happens when you pop your knuckles. In general, popping sounds in joints are normal. However, if you have pain accompanied with the sound, it is advised that you see your doctor.
